News and upcoming

To attend or not to attend. That is the question!

The Dutch presidency of the EU, currently picking up steam, comes at a challenging time. Three huge issues are taking center stage:

  • A possible Brexit that could damage EU cohesion;
  • Security and migrant issues that already appear to feed anti-EU sentiments;
  • Geopolitical issues focusing on the EU's eastern borders.

Meanwhile, the Dutch government has identified four policy areas that are to receive priority during her presidency:

  • Migration and security;
  • Innovation and job creation;
  • Sound finances in a robust Eurozone;
  • Issues of climate change, the environment and sustainability.

How does this affect YOU? Read more here!
